Features:
- High quality exhaust valve in OE manufacturer quality / specification
- Stainless steel housing with reinforcement / stiffening ribs for optimum stability
- Pneumatic actuator from titanium with high temperature membran
- High temperature spring absorbs induced axial movement of butterfly spindle (max spring temperature 550°C) with " Anti Rattle Kit" to avoid valve noises
- High temperature bearings at both ends of butterfly spindle
- Stainless steel heat shiel that will reduce the amount of radiated heat from adjacent heat sources. The heat shield can be designed to protect in any orientation (including 360° protection)
- Insulation pad between casting and actuator which reduces the conducted heat from the casting
