The CARGRAPHIC Sport rear silencer program offers various solutions for acoustic and optical upgrading of the original exhaust system of the Ferrari 360 Modena models with 3,6l V8 engine.

Absorption design silencer: power and sound

All CARGRAPHIC silencers are manufactured according to the absorption concept, in which the exhaust gases are guided through precisely calculated chambers and the sonic noise is absorbed by perforated pipes and surrounding stainless steel wool. This process enables a sporty exhaust sound without obtrusive drone noises. Absorption silencers, in combination with a continuously enlarged pipe diameter, also offer a significantly optimised exhaust gas flow and thus reduced exhaust gas back pressure.

SS304L lightweight stainless steel, manufactured to the highest standards for the aircraft industry, forms the basis for almost every CARGRAPHIC exhaust component. Each silencer and each exhaust pipe are manufactured in traditional craftsmanship with the support of state-of-the-art manufacturing technology such as computer-controlled CNC bending machines, laser cutting machines or orbital welding machines.
