All CARGRAPHIC Sport Tailpipes are made of high grade SS304L lightweight stainless steel in the most modern CNC production machines and refined in traditional handcraft.

Form and Function

Depending on the vehicle, CARGRAPHIC Sport Tailpipes are available in round or oval shape, in single or double version and for exhaust systems with both single and double exhaust flow. The design of the tailpipes is not chosen arbitrarily, but follows not only aesthetic demands but also the intended use. For example, the end pieces of the tailpipes are regularly manufactured in a double-wall, rolled-in, as well as to avoid a sharp edge, in a seamless construction with a perforated insert. In addition to their attractive appearance, these tips also have special thermal advantages and thus protect the body of the vehicle from excessively hot exhaust gases. A further advantage of the completely seamless construction is the possibility to coat the surface permanently and without restrictions - see the versions in gloss black (enamelled) or matt black (thermopaint) in the following section.

However, if the focus is on consistent weight reduction, CARGRAPHIC offers special lightweight tailpipes with end pieces made of extremely thin but nevertheless high-strength SS304L lightweight stainless steel in a single-wall design.

Sport Tailpipes with individual character

The different versions of the tailpipe trims ensure the individual character of the sport tailpipes and thus also the appearance of the vehicle. CARGRAPHIC Sport Tailpipes are available in a mirror polished finish. In addition, the tips can also be brushed or, for an even more exclusive look, finished in gloss-black (enamelled) or matt-black (thermopaint). A particularly attractive variant of the CARGRAPHIC Sport Tailpipes are also the versions with a surface of black visual carbon, which are covered with UV-resistant and heat-resistant gloss finish and are available with perforated insert or stainless steel liner.
